we have been very lucky with the weather this month and have not had all the rain like the rest of the uk,the paddocks look lush ,most of our sheep with lambs are now up on the high fells, and the grass is growing on to produce hay , tarrif just £30 per person [ unless bank holiday bookings ]but look out for our sheepdog handling days if you want more than just bed and breakfast !

the weather has been kind so far this winter and we have been busy with our sheep and it is now the time of year to put the tups [ rams] out with the ewes so we have lots of herdwick lambs next year
